Before you can process any data, you will need to create a Calibration profile for your Camera and Light-Setup. You should only need to do this once per scanner, but it would be recommended to create a new exposure calibration if you are to drastically change your Camera’s parameters between scanning sessions to ensure consistent results.

Info

Should the exposure settings change or flash brightness, a new calibration will be required.

Exposure

& White Balance

Start off by launching the exposure profile dialogue by going to :

File -> Settings -> Exposure Parameters

This opens the Exposure Parameters Presets window, you can either: select one you have made before, remove one you have made before or make a new one.

To make a new one click New:

The dialog pictured below will be launched, providing an input form to set up a new exposure preset:
