The calibration should be done in landscape to correct this issue. If the light offset was relative to the camera in portrait orientation, this will also need to be recreated to match the new calibration orientation. Scan images can then be taken in portrait and they should be rotated to landscape by Marso. The photogrammetry solve should then rotate the camera object back to portrait.

If you have an existing scan with this issue it will need to be re-created in Marso with the horizontal calibration and new light system selected.
